Miramat offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all regular-priced orders placed through miramat.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the mat, provided that the product is returned in its original condition.

  • Clearance items are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Before returning an item, please email info@miramat.com for approval and instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days at info@miramat.com.

  • Using a damaged or defective product may void your eligibility for a refund or replacement, so please reach out to us before use.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Gift cards
